Phillies Minor Leaguer's are into their exhibition schedule.  Please keep in mind that players shift around a lot during the spring and the team a particular player is playing with on these reports is not a concrete indication where he might start the season.

Brennan King led the IronPigs to victory by scoring two runs and driving in four more with a double and a homerun to finish 4-for-5. Casey Smith drove in three runs and scored two of his own on two hits, including a double. Jason Jaramillo scored twice and knocked in two runs with a double. T.J. Bohn, Mike Cervenak and Val Pascucci each picked up an RBI and Michael Spidale scored twice while finishing 1-for-4. Jason Kershner was a bright spot on the mound, needing just six pitches to get through the eighth inning.

Tim Gradoville picked up two RBI and finished 1-for-4 to help lead the R-Phils to their 10th win this spring. Juan Tejeda finished 1-for-4 with an RBI and Javon Moran drove in a run on one hit. Neil Sellers also contributed, scoring one run while going 1-for-4 and Jason Donald picked up yet another hit, finishing 1-for-4. Josh Outman got the start on the mound, giving up three runs on seven hits through three and two-thirds innings. He walked two and struck out four. Ron Hill tossed two and one-thirds innings in relief, giving up no runs on just one hit while striking out three. R.J. Swindle and Travis Minix helped secure a win by combining to toss three shutout innings in relief.

Joe Savery turned in a solid start on the mound, giving up one run on four hits over five innings. He struck out three and walked one. Matt German tossed a scoreless eighth inning and Brett Harker threw a perfect ninth to close out the game, the pair combined to give up no hits with a walk and three strikeouts over the final two innings. Matthew Spencer knocked in a run on one hit in three at-bats. Alan Robbins double and scored a run and Tuffy Gosewisch also got on base with a double. Jay Miller also picked up a hit, finishing the game 1-for-3.

Jacob Diekman tossed six innings of shutout ball, giving up just three hits with a walk and two strikeouts. Three different Lakewood players had two hits apiece, led by Michael Taylor who knocked in two runs and scored another with a double and a homerun. Travis Mattair and D'Arby Myers each finished 2-for-4 and Freddy Galvis drove in a run on one hit. Dominic Brown scored a run and Jesus Sanchez finished 1-for-2 with a triple and one run scored.
