Baseball Fantasy Day to Benefit United Way of Berks County

Tuesday, August 25 at FirstEnergy Stadium

Put together a foursome to enjoy a unique all-day baseball experience with family, friends, co-workers and Ricky Bottalico, who will be inducted in the Reading Baseball Hall of Fame that night. The day starts with a batting challenge for ages 4 and up. There will be 16 age/gender category winners honored before that night’s 7:05 PM R-Phils game vs. Erie which participants will enjoy from the Reading Eagle Pool Pavilion. R-Phils players will visit participants at the pool pre-game and there will be several special events, happening at that night’s game, for participants to bid on.

Each foursome receives:

4 tickets to hit the batting challenge during the day 
Women and children begin hitting at 10:00 AM
Men (18+) begin hitting at 12:30 PM
Hang out with Reading Baseball Hall of Famer and Comcast SportsNets’ Ricky Bottalico
4 United Way Baseball Fantasy Day t-shirts
4 R-Phils game caps
1 R-Phils team autographed baseball
Complimentary hot dogs, French fries, fountain soda and beer during the batting challenge
Enjoy the giant sliding board and pool from 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
4 pool picnic tickets for that night’s games – events begin at 5:30 PM
United Way guests admitted at 5:00 PM. Buffet served from 6:00-8:30 PM Game time: 7:05 PM
Visit from Reading Phillies players to the pool picnic from 5:30 PM – 6:00 PM
Opportunity to secure a ballpark experience during a 6:00 PM live auction (see below)
Up to 40 children (14 & under) are able to take the field for the national anthem with the R-Phils
Up to 60 children (14 & under) are able to play catch on the field during the pre-game
A DVD of the highlights of the day
