You must be paid in full one month prior to your game date. This allows enough time for you to receive your tickets and distribute them to your group.

Children four and under are free unless they require a seat. Ticket prices are the same for all fans 5 and over. 

Increase/decrease your group size  back to top
If you would like to increase/decrease your group size please call us immediately. If there is still availability we will accommodate you with additional tickets. Reducing your group size must be done at least 2 weeks before your game date. 

Unused Tickets  back to top
If you have any unused tickets after the night of your event, they can be exchanged for free general admission tickets to any Monday – Thursday regular season game played at First Energy Stadium or you’ll receive a $2.00 discount off the price of reserved seat tickets to any remaining regular season game during the same season based upon availability. We recommend exchanging these tickets in advance.

Inclement Weather  back to top
There are two possible scenarios:
1. The gates will open and the buffet will be served while we determine the status of the game. This is, by far, the most likely scenario. The Reading Phillies always do our best to play the games. If the buffet is served but the game is not completed (4 ½ innings) we will work with you to reschedule your group in red or green reserved seats. This can be done as a group or individually. In this situation group leaders should instruct everyone to hold on to their tickets. 
2. The game is a complete washout and the gates are never opened. In the unlikely event that this occurs, the buffet will not be served and we will make every attempt to contact you as early as possible to keep you informed and reschedule your outing.

If you would like a poster(s) to help advertise and promote your group outing in addition to the email flier give us a call. We will send you a poster(s) that can be hung in break rooms or on bulletin boards so everyone can see it.

Group Pictures  back to top
During the game a Reading Phillies employee will be around to visit your group and take a picture. These pictures can be viewed the next day at www.rphils.com in the “Phan Photo Gallery.” 

Entry Cards/Group Prize  back to top
If you purchase 20 or more tickets we can send you group entry cards. We have two options for distributing our group cards. The cards have directions on one side and an entry to win a baseball autographed by a Reading Phillies Player on the other side. 
Option 1: We will send you group cards, which you can distribute to your group members. The cards should be turned in at the Deck Entrance. Your group representative will then pick a winner and deliver an autographed baseball to the winner in your group.
Option 2: We will give the autographed baseball to you and you can chose who you would like to receive it. 

Group Leader Rewards  back to top
Group leaders of the Pool, 3rd Base Picnic and Non-Buffet Groups of 20 or more can check-in at the White Star Group Entrance. Group leaders of the Deck Picnic, Deck Party, Pub and Porch can enter at the Deck Entrance. If you purchase 20 buffet tickets or more, you will receive a Reading Phillies T-shirt with your name and favorite number on the back. Please give us your t-shirt information no later than one week prior to your game date, or you will not receive a personalized shirt. You will receive your group leader reward when you check-in at your specific entrance on your way into the ballpark. If you don’t check in, your group representative will deliver your items to you during the game.

Some groups require a table where they can distribute nametags, etc. to their guests. If you have such needs please contact your group sales representative prior to the day of your game. 

Beer  back to top
Beer is not included in the price of the buffet area, but is available on a cash basis. If you would like to provide beer for your guests, we offer two options: Phillies Dollars or running a beer tab. Please contact your group sales contact if either of these options interests you.

Phunland Wristbands  back to top
The wristbands are good for unlimited phunland games including, wiffle ball, speed pitch, a mini-golf hole and the inflatable slide. You also receive a ticket for one game at the ring toss. These wristbands are $8 if you order in advance or $10 at the game. Please contact your group sales manager if this interests you. 

Phillie$ Dollar$  back to top
Looking to add something special to your group outing? Give your group members “Phillies Dollars”. This special ballpark currency can be spent anywhere within FirstEnergy Stadium. Each Phillies Dollar works the same as the cash equivalent and can be purchased in any amount. Phillies Dollars are broken down into $1 and $5 denominations. Purchase your Phillies Dollars in advance or on the day of your outing. Also, there’s no need to worry about overspending – unused Phillies Dollars can be returned for a refund. Phillies dollars can be charged to Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover or paid for by cash or check. 

T-Shirts  back to top
We do offer an option for getting T-shirts for your entire group. If you would like your group to look the same and stand out in the crowd, you might want to think about group t-shirts. T-Shirts need to be ordered one month before your game date and you must order a minimum of 20 shirts. As a group leader you will receive a 20% discount on personalized group shirts or any items purchased in the amount of 20 or more prior to your game day.

Bus Drivers  back to top
For groups traveling by bus please let us know ahead of time so we can have a packet ready for your bus driver. The bus driver will receive a ticket to the game and a voucher for a soda and hot dog.

Giveaways  back to top
Giveaway items are not held for groups. These items are limited, and a pre-selected number are distributed on a first-come, first serve basis at all stadium entrances. The items are distributed at all entrances of the ballpark. Most giveaways are designated for a specific age group. To find out this information call your group sales contact or check the website at www.rphils.com.

The main souvenir stand is located just inside the main entrance, which features our T-Shirt press to customize t-shirts with your choice of name & number. A second souvenir stand is located behind the left field grandstand.

Via the Turnpike: Take the Turnpike West to the Morgantown Exit, to 176 North, to 422 West, to Route 12 East, to the Route 61 South Exit. The Stadium is one block on the Right.
VIA the Schuylkill Expressway: Take 76 West to King of Prussia, to 422 West toward Pottstown, to Route 12 East, to the Route 61 South Exit. The Stadium is one block on the Right.

From the WEST
Via Rt 422: Take 422 East to Route 222 North, to Route 12 East, to the Route 61 South Exit. The Stadium is one block on the right.
Via Rt. 78: Take 78 East to the Route 61 South Exit. The Stadium is on the North side of Reading on the right hand side.

From the NORTH
Route 222 South to Route 61 South exit.  FirstEnergy Stadium is on Route 61 South approximately 4 miles down on the right hand side.

From the SOUTH
Route 222 North to Route 12 East to Route 61 South, FirstEnergy Stadium will be one block on the Right.

Parking at FirstEnergy Stadium is FREE. Fans can find parking in the main stadium lot including numerous handicapped spaces. Also, there is the Carpenter lot across the street from the stadium. Busses can find parking across Rt. 61 in the Fromm Electric parking lot.

White Star Travel Group Entrance  back to top
White Star Travel proudly offers the Third Base Group Entrance exclusively for Reading Phillies Groups. This entrance is used only by groups with tickets for: the Reading Eagle Pool Pavilion, The Fairgrounds Square Mall Picnic Area and groups of 20 or more with reserved or general admission tickets. Upon arrival, group leaders will be greeted by Reading Phillies Group Sales representatives who are on hand to help with any last minute details. Just look for the big white star.

This entrance is used by groups holding tickets for: The Coors Light Deck Picnic, 
Coors Light Deck Party, and the Y102 Power Alley Pub. Upon arrival, group leaders will be greeted by Reading Phillies Group Sales representatives who are on hand to help with any last minute details. 

Happy Hour / Right Field Entrance   back to top
Many nights throughout the season we open our Right Field Gates at the food court one hour before regular gate opening time. During this hour you have the opportunity to receive giveaways early, use Phunland for free if you’re a “Kids Club Member,” hear live music and enjoy beer specials. 

NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS ARE PERMITTED INTO THE BALLPARK.
