You must be paid in full one month prior to your game date. This allows enough time for you to distribute your tickets and group entry cards.

Children four and under are free for all buffets. For seating in a reserved picnic table area a child 4 and under is completely free and does not require a ticket. For reserved seating in a grandstand a child four and under is free if they can be held on a parent's lap. If a child needs to sit in their own reserved seat their ticket needs to be purchased at the regular price for the seat only. Ticket prices are the same for all fans 5 and over.

If you would like to increase/decrease your group size please call us immediately. If there are still tables/seats available we will get you the extra tickets for the tables/seats. If you are in a buffet area and there aren’t any more tables available we may be able to get you more tickets to the buffet but no more tables for seating. In this situation you can spread these additional people at the tables you already have. If you have ordered non-buffet group tickets and would like to increase your number of tickets you may do so but they may not be together, it is based upon availability. If you wish to decrease and have already paid your deposit you will lose the deposit for each ticket reduced. Reducing your group size must be done at least 2 weeks before your game date. At this time you will be refunded your cost per ticket minus the deposit. Again, this must be done at least 2 weeks before your game date.

If you are reducing your group size it must be done at least two weeks prior to your game date. If you have paid your deposit or paid in full you will lose the deposit for each ticket reduced. You cannot reduce within two weeks of your game date because you will lose the full amount.

We send group entry cards to go with every ticket. These cards should be distributed with all the tickets. These cards have directions on one side and an entry to win a baseball autographed by a Reading Phillies Player on the other side. We will pick a winner from each group in attendance and deliver the autographed ball to the winner of your group during the game. Group leaders with general admission tickets can claim this prize at the customer service booth. These cards are collected at the Group and Deck Entrances. We recommend filling them out in advance.

You will receive your group leader reward when you check-in at the Group/Deck Entrance on your way into the ballpark. If you spend $250 on your group outing you will receive a Reading Phillies T-shirt with your name and favorite number on the back. If your group has a nickname for you and you would like that name on the back of the t-shirt please let us know as soon as possible.

If you would like a poster(s) to help advertise and promote your group outing give us a call. We will send you a poster(s) that can be hung in break rooms or on bulletin boards so everyone can see it.

Some groups require a table where they can distribute nametags, etc. to their guests. If you have such needs please contact your groups sales representative prior to the day of your game.

Looking to add something special to your group outing? Give your group members “Phillies Dollars”. This special ballpark currency can be spent anywhere within FirstEnergy Stadium. Each Phillies Dollar works the same as the cash equivalent of $1.00 and $5.00 and can be purchased in any denomination. Purchase your Phillies Dollars in advance or on the day of your outing. Also, there’s no need to worry about overspending – unused Phillies Dollars can be returned for a refund. Phillies dollars can be charged to Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover or paid for by cash or check.

Beer is not included in the price of any of the buffet areas, but is available on a cash basis. If you would like to provide beer for your guests, we offer two options: Phillies Dollars or running a beer tab. Please contact your group sales contact if either of these options interest you.

The wristbands are good for unlimited phunland games all day long including, speed pitch, inflatable slide, and the mini-golf games (Includes one try at ring toss). These wristbands are $8 if you order in advance or $10 at the game. Please contact your group sales contact if this interests you.

From the EAST: Via the Turnpike: Take the turnpike West to the Morgantown Exit, to 176 North, to 422 West, to Route 12 East, to the Route 61 South Exit. The Stadium is one block on the right. Via the Schuylkill Expressway: Take 76 West to King of Prussia, Follow signs for 422 West towards Pottstown, to Route 12 East, to the Route 61 South Exit. The Stadium is one block on the right.

From the WEST: Via Rt. 422: Take 422 East to Route 222 North, to Route 12 East, to the Route 61 South Exit. The Stadium is one block on the right. Via Rt. 78: Take 78 East to the Route 61 South Exit. The Stadium is on the North side of Reading on the right hand side.

From the NORTH: 222 South to Route 61 South Exit. Stadium is on Route 61 South approximately four miles down on the right hand side.

From the SOUTH: 222 North to Route 12 East (Pricetown), Take the Route 61 South Exit. The stadium is one block on the right.

Parking at FirstEnergy Stadium is FREE. Fans can find parking in the main stadium lot including numerous handicapped spaces. Also, there is the Carpenter lot across the street from the stadium.

This entrance is used by groups holding tickets for: The Coors Light Deck Picnic, Coors Light Deck Party, and the Y102 Power Alley Pub. Upon arrival, group leaders will be greeted by Reading Phillies Group Sales representatives who are on hand to help with any last minute details.

White Star Travel proudly offers the Third Base Group Entrance exclusively for Reading Phillies Groups. This entrance is used by groups with tickets for: the Reading Eagle Pool Pavilion, The Fairgrounds Square Mall Picnic Area and groups with reserved or general admission tickets. Upon arrival, group leaders will be greeted by Reading Phillies Group Sales representatives who are on hand to help with any last minute details. Just look for the big white star. Only groups are allowed through this entrance for your convenience.

For groups traveling by bus please let us know ahead of time so we can have a packet ready for your bus driver. The bus driver will receive a ticket to the game and a voucher for a soda and hot dog.

Giveaway items are not held for groups. These items are limited, and a pre-selected number are distributed on a first-come, first serve basis at all stadium entrances. The items are distributed at all entrances of the ballpark. Most give-aways are designated for a specific age group. To find out this information call your group sales contact or check the website, under Promotions. 

If you have any unused tickets after the night of your event, they can be exchanged for free general admission tickets to any Monday – Thursday regular season game played at First Energy Stadium or you’ll receive a $2.00 discount off the price of reserved seat tickets to any remaining regular season game during the same season based upon availability. We recommend exchanging these tickets in advance.

The main souvenir stand is located just inside the main entrance, which features our T-Shirt press to customize t-shirts with your choice of name & number. A second souvenir stand is located behind the left field grandstand.

The ATM is located inside the main entrance just to the right of the souvenir stand.

If anyone in your group is celebrating a special occasion such as a birthday, anniversary or graduation you might want to help them celebrate with a ceremonial first pitch at the game.

**You can bring a cake/cupcakes into the stadium. Cupcakes are recommended because you would have to supply your own paper plates, plastic ware, and a cutting knife.
